Association of the New Covenant.

The Local Branch of the Association of the Community of the New Covenant in Denver enjoyed their annual Christmas party on December 10, 2006.

Parish Missions.

During October and November 2006, Sister Brigid and Sister Jan gave 13 Parish Missions, "Healing Life's Hurts", in the Minnesota area.

Testimonies to the Lord's healing love during the Missions:

• It made me know that God cares and many others do too. I felt a lot of love. (St. Paul, MN)

• The first night my faith and trust were restored, my allergies and sinus misery were relieved. The second night my anger was healed. My sense of direction in my life was restored. I have had chronic headaches, migraines and allergies for three years. My head has never felt so clear. (North Branch, MN)

• This Mission has given me a needed nudge toward Jesus as my focus. I had become a laze Christian. This Mission is greatly uplifting. (Centerville, MN)

• The knee pain I have had for two years is totally gone. (Wayzata, MN)

• It made me realize that prayer can do many things. (New Hope, MN)

• The Mission was a B-12 shot for my spirit. (Richfield, MN)

Upcoming Events.

Preparations are underway to finalize the Lenten 2007 Parish Missions that Sr. Brigid and Sr. Jan will be giving in Colorado. What is finalized at this point is: Feb. 19 and 20, St. Williams in Ft. Lupton, and the last week of February and the first of March they will be on the western slope in Rangely, Meeker and Craig Colorado. Pray for no blizzards!
