Our fifth key to answered prayer is Do God's Works. What? You must be kidding. Remember, it's just little 'ole me'. And that's the problem. This is where a lot of those prayer answers get lost. He doesn't ask us to do the impossible but just do what is possible and he will do the rest (the impossible).

Remember the boy with the five loaves and two fish. He gave what he had and Jesus did the rest. Doing God's works means doing everything that is possible and then trusting in Him to release the miracle. Sr. Brigid's article in this issue encourages us to have trust and to hope in the Lord.

3. Desire God's Plan
4. Speak God's Word
5. Do God's Work

This can best be summarized by the passage from John 14:10: "The words that I say to you I do not speak on my own authority; but the Father who dwells in me does his works."
