Have you ever seen in the bible, when anyone who was sick, approached Jesus to be healed and he told them to live with it? I never have.

What was ordinary in the New Testament should be ordinary for us today. It was not extraordinary but normal for the Christian to pray for healing rather than to simply live with illness. Christianity was a life of power. Is it so today? We have the power of the Sacraments, the power of God's word, the power of the Holy Spirit, the power of prayer, but do we experience the power to live Christianity as it was lived in the Gospels?
