Upcoming Events.

Association of the New Covenant

The annual Companion Christmas party is planned for December 12, 2004, at the home of Jon and Maureen Nash.

Abroad

Gdynia, Poland

The Sisters annual trip to Poland was July 12 to August 3, 2004. A pleasant surprise awaited them on their outbound flight--they were moved from economy class to first class since a couple wanted our seats to be closer to their children. They were met at the Warsaw airport on July 13 and then took the train to Gdynia arriving around 9:30 p.m. A day of much needed rest followed before starting the Formation Training on July 15

Retreat and Training.

This year's Annual Follow-Up Leadership was Christian Spirituality and Discipleship given by Sr. Angeline to 49 people. It was held in Gdynia, July 15 - 23, 2004.

On a free day between the Formation Training and the Board of Directors meeting the Sisters and all in the Training took a bus to Ortowo for a walk on the pier which extended into the Baltic See. The bus then took everyone on a tour of Gdansk, the memorial oat the shipyards to the Solidarity Movement. Of course, everyone was ready for the BBQ where the men grilled kilbasa. Games and dancing followed.

Even a Scottish Terrier enjoyed the view from the pier.

The famous shipyards in Gdansk

The grilled kielbasa was great.
