Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me; for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. Matthew 11:28-29

Most people today seem stressed out, rather than stress free. Jesus invites us to come to him and find rest that is found in peace, peace that passes all understanding.

Thank you Jesus for your invitation and your promise. It is true, Lord, when I come to you, I find rest and peace. May I be disciplined in faking the time to be with you so that my life bears the fruit of peace, rather than stress.
